Advocacy and Awareness Campaign in Schools including Child Rights
UKSP is conducting various campaign events and rights-based awareness activities in different wards of Rajshahi City Corporation. Moreover, activities are being expanded in different schools in Charland area through close linkages with local community leaders, UP members and stakeholders besides urban schools. The organization is committed to continuing education and becoming a protector of the right to education for families from underprivileged communities who are deprived of basic social needs and an inclusive society. UKSP has a general helpline desk of the Child Rights Commission for immediate assistance on issues related to education related to child marriage and protection of children from engaging in harmful activities. The organization believes in bringing about a positive social change by ensuring mass education and providing necessary guidance on basic education and their right to education and health.
As per the organizational mandate of UKSP, education of girls and children is given high priority after various yard meetings, dialogues and workshops for awareness. In this regard, the organization maintains close liaison with the local administration and all key stakeholders for successful project completion. The UKSP working strategy includes the following feedback and recommendations generated in various meetings and discussions related to the activation of child rights and the necessary foundation support.
Climate Change
The organization also works with climate change issues specially the impact of climate change on children and women. Bangladesh being a major victim of climate change, the organization feels commitment to deal with the issues with resilience and adaptation strategies in support with different INGS and GO initiatives as well as NGOs as a networking partner

Capacity Building
Currently, the organization is trying to manage training for the youth women and adolescents with properly arranged a scheduled time after the school time of the girls. The organization mobilizes the start up funding for advocacy and awareness campaigning to have future funding by donors for sustainable operation. The organization also provides the free workshop and entrepreneurship training to the beneficiaries. Currently the organization has over 300 members and skilled trainers to support any project run successfully and timely. The organization feels to create more skilled trainers and volunteers to address different women den and youth development issues. The project areas also needs to be expanded.
To capacitate the organization and its volunteers different youth groups and adolescent clubs needed to be formed. The organization needs more communicators and so training should be given to more women and youth girls by discharging their responsibility in managing the advocacy and awareness campaigning by promoting more participation and practices in the communities. The organization believe, the women are the main agents of the action in household levels to bring positive social and attitudinal change regarding protection of child marriage, women empowerment and ensuring rights among community members. So, the organization conducts house to house visits to teach the community on the issues women face.
The organization conducts regular refreshment trainings among its youth groups adolescent club members will organize for the water and sanitation committees, care takers and village hygiene communicators by identifying the critical gaps in operations, management, and youth promotion. And joint monitoring of youth development activities at the spot level including the beneficiaries, young mothers, and other stakeholder. Through these women and girls will be empowered for long lasting utilization of youth resources through ensuring income generating activities sustainability
